Build a cozy little village with the Paper Houses Quilt Kit featuring Toast & Jam and Elizabeth's CxL Wovens by Elizabeth Hartman for Moda. Thirty little houses in six different styles, inspired by vintage glitter houses, line up in snowy rows with a forest of patchwork trees for a snowy scene that works for the holidays or all year long.

Houses are made with richly textured CxL Wovens fat quarters, and the doors use Toast & Jam charm squares, so every little home has its own personality. Everything is pieced with conventional techniques, and the finished quilt measures 76" x 76".

Toast & Jam by Elizabeth Hartman for Moda is inspired by the fun, fabulous craft patterns of the 1970s and '80s and the small-scale calicos so often used to make them. It pairs beautifully with Elizabeth's CxL Wovens: yarn-dyed cotton/linen fabrics where the warp and weft are different colors, adding rich texture.
