Some of my earliest memories as a child are standing beside the sewing machine as my mom sewed dresses for me. I was so excited when she would let me turn the wheel to raise and lower the needle.As a teenager, my mom taught me to sew clothing, and I continued to grow those skills when my oldest niece was born in 2002 — eventually creating for my own four daughters as well.I began my first quilt in 2017 and had no idea what I was doing. I truly didn’t know HST from WOF! Thankfully, I found tutorials and learned so much from the generous quilting community online.

What started as a hobby soon became a heartfelt passion.I’ve since become a certified longarm quilter and founded Farmhouse Fabric Shop as a way to share my love for fabric and quilting with others — especially our four daughters. When you receive your order, it was likely carefully packaged by one of them. One of our daughters also manages our social media and video editing, bringing her creative touch to everything we share.We hope you’ll become part of our quilting family as we continue to grow and create together. 🧵💕
