Official Giveaway Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The Farmhouse Fabric Shop Fall 2026 Quilting Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Farmhouse Fabric Shop, Inc. (“Sponsor”).

This Giveaway is administered by the Sponsor and is subject to these Official Rules and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Entrants must confirm that they are at least 18 years old and meet the eligibility requirements by selecting the required checkbox on the entry form.
Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, along with their immediate family members and individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
By entering, participants represent that they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Official Rules.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.
3. Giveaway Period
The Farmhouse Fabric Shop Fall 2026 Quilting Giveaway begins on October 17, 2026, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on October 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Giveaway Period”).
All eligible entries must be received during the Giveaway Period.
The Sponsor's records will serve as the official timekeeping method for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period:

Complete the entry form with your first name and valid email address.

Submit the form before the entry deadline.
Limit one (1) entry per person throughout the Giveaway Period.
Multiple entries submitted by the same individual using different email addresses or other methods may be disqualified.
Entries must be submitted by the individual entering the Giveaway. Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.
No purchase is required to enter or win.
5. Optional VIP Email Subscription
After submitting a Giveaway entry, participants may be invited to join the Farmhouse Fabric Shop VIP Email List.
Joining the VIP Email List is entirely optional and does not affect Giveaway eligibility or the chances of winning.
Participants who decline VIP membership will remain eligible for the Giveaway.
The VIP Email List is separate from the temporary Giveaway email list and may include future communications about fabric collections, quilt kits, promotions, subscriber benefits, and early Black Friday shopping access.
Any ongoing marketing subscription is subject to the participant's separate consent and applicable email marketing requirements.
6. Giveaway-Related Communications and Exclusive Fall Sale
The Sponsor intends to use the email address supplied during entry to administer the Giveaway and, subject to applicable consent requirements, communicate the exclusive Fall Sale opportunity.
The planned communications are:

October 31, 2026: Winner announcement and access to the exclusive Fall Sale offer.

November 2, 2026: Final reminder before the exclusive Fall Sale ends.
The exclusive Fall Sale is scheduled for October 31 through November 2, 2026, subject to the terms disclosed with the offer.
All eligible Giveaway entrants will be entitled to access the exclusive shopping offer, regardless of whether they separately join the VIP Email List. Access instructions will be provided through an appropriate method consistent with the entrant's communication preferences and applicable law.
The Fall Sale offer is separate from the prize drawing. Making a purchase during the Fall Sale will not improve an entrant's chances of winning.
Participants may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time. Unsubscribing will not invalidate an otherwise eligible Giveaway entry.
The Sponsor does not intend to send ongoing promotional campaigns to the temporary Giveaway audience after the Fall Sale concludes, unless a participant has separately consented to future marketing communications.
7. Prize Description
One (1) winner will receive the Farmhouse Fabric Shop Fall 2026 Quilting Giveaway Prize Basket, consisting of the quilting supplies, fabric, and accessories pictured in the official Giveaway photograph.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $75.00 USD.
Only one (1) prize will be awarded.
The prize is nontransferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be exchanged or substituted except at the Sponsor's discretion if an item becomes unavailable. Any replacement will be of equal or greater retail value.
Farmhouse Fabric Shop, Inc. will cover the cost of standard shipping to the winner's eligible U.S. address.
Any applicable taxes associated with receiving the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
8. Winner Selection
On October 31, 2026, the Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative.
The Sponsor's determination of eligibility and administration of the drawing will be final, subject to applicable law.
9. Winner Notification and Response Deadline
The potential winner will be notified using the email address provided on the Giveaway entry form on or about October 31, 2026.
The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours after the winner notification is sent.
The winner may be asked to confirm eligibility, provide a valid U.S. shipping address, and complete any documentation reasonably necessary to award the prize.
If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, cannot be contacted, fails to meet the eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, the Sponsor may disqualify that potential winner and select an alternate potential winner through another random drawing.
The Sponsor is not responsible for notifications that are undeliverable because of incorrect email addresses, spam filtering, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The winner's name may be announced on October 31, 2026, subject to eligibility verification and applicable privacy requirements. If verification is incomplete, the Sponsor may announce that a potential winner has been selected and confirm the winner's identity later.
10. Prize Delivery
Following winner selection, eligibility verification, and receipt of the winner's shipping information, Farmhouse Fabric Shop, Inc. will ship the prize within five (5) business days.
The prize will be shipped to a valid address within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.
Standard shipping will be provided at no charge to the winner.
The Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, violates these Official Rules, or interferes with the fair administration of the Giveaway.
If fraud, technical failures, unauthorized interference, or other circumstances materially compromise the integrity of the Giveaway, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law. If appropriate, the Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before the disruption.
The Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, interrupted internet connections, inaccurate information submitted by entrants, or entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or not properly received.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Privacy and Personal Information
Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, select and contact the winner, fulfill the prize, and provide disclosed Giveaway-related communications.
Email marketing beyond the temporary Giveaway and Fall Sale communications requires the appropriate consent.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy and applicable law.

Entrants should not submit sensitive personal information through the public Giveaway form.
13. Publicity
The Sponsor may announce the winner's first name and last initial, or another limited identifier, where permitted by law and consistent with the Sponsor's privacy practices.
Any additional use of the winner's name, photograph, testimonial, or likeness for promotional purposes will be subject to applicable law and any required permission.
14. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree that the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents will not be responsible for losses or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that applicable law does not permit to be waived.
15. Social Media and Third-Party Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Shopify, or Klaviyo.
Any questions regarding the Giveaway should be directed to Farmhouse Fabric Shop, not to those platforms.
16. Winner Information
After the winner has been verified, information identifying the winner, to the extent required or permitted by applicable law, may be requested by contacting:

17. Acceptance of Official Rules
By submitting an entry, each participant acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review these Official Rules and agrees to be bound by them, subject to applicable law.
